"Lasting relief comes from balancing Pitta and strengthening Agni — not just another antacid."

Acidity Isn't Always About Too Much Acid

Ayurveda sees frequent heartburn and reflux as a sign of aggravated Pitta combined with weak Agni (digestive fire), often triggered by irregular meals, spicy or fried food, late dinners, and stress — sometimes it is less about excess acid and more about losing balance.

Simple Daily Habits That Help

Eat warm, freshly cooked meals; finish dinner early; avoid lying down right after eating; add cooling fennel and coriander to your diet; and eat mindfully, without rushing. These habits address the root imbalance rather than just masking the burning sensation.

When to See a Doctor

Frequent or severe acidity, difficulty swallowing, unexplained weight loss, vomiting blood, or black stools need prompt medical evaluation and should never be self-managed.
