Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wefare Health Pvt Ltd ("AyurCity Hospital"), we strive to provide the best possible service and products. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Consultation Services
- Cancellation: You can cancel your scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before the appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
- Refunds for Services: If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact our support team at ayurcityhospital@gmail.com within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.
Products (Dinacharya Kits, Medicines, etc.)
- Returns: Due to the nature of healthcare products, we do not accept returns on any medicines, herbal formulations, or personal care items once they have been dispatched.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
